Class Styles
Restore and Flow
If you are looking to gradually build into strength. Rehabilitation flow will help you define body awareness in your body that will help you feel safe to move and create more strength. Strength comes in lot of ways not just heavy loads. This class will help you zone in on stretch, strength, and mobility so you can move more freely and safely.
Essentials
Are you new to pilates? This class is a great way to refresh technique and come to your senses with your body. This class capitalizes on essential moves that build a foundation for your pilates practice or attending this class will refresh what is needed to take all classes to a deeper level. The focus is on core strengthening and builds to all parts of the body. This class gets you feeling your body.
Pilates Mat and Reformer Flow
This class incorporates pilates mat and reformer moves and allows the body to move more freely and seamlessly. At times it is harder to do the mat moves verses the moves on the reformer. Come and feel the difference.
Reformer Plus
This class is for the person who needs a push in pilates. This class will challenge your pilates essentials and give you a challenge mentally and physically. You will find more moves that require control and strength. This class is perfect for the athlete or the person looking to bump up from essentials.

We ask kindly that you just try to cancel at least 12 hours before you scheduled class time. We know there are circumstances that can’t be controlled at times, we just want to try to help those on the waitlist.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and perhaps a water bottle. Your first workout is an opportunity to learn. We are here to help you progress in this. So give yourself the space to adapt over your first 3 sessions at least.

Comfortable clothing that you can move in. Socks are recommended, but not required. Machines are cleaned after every session.

The benefits of pilates go way beyond physicality. Mentally one will just feel better. Posture, stretch, and strength all play a role for us physically and mentally. The secret to longevity….Pilates! You will not only feel toning and strength, you will feel good that you are taking care of yourself in such a “perfect for you kind” of way.

You are always welcome to poke your head in and see if there is a spot, but the best way to get into class is to sign up online. With preferred reformer spots, sign up ahead of time.

To maximize benefits and cost we feel at least three times a week is best. However, many have found pilates to effective at least two times a week.

There are five reformers at the pilates haus allowing for more personalized workouts every time. There are many aspects toward posture and movement in pilates that lean toward fine details and cueing making a big difference.
